Expanders

A large number of natural and industrial processes release heat to the environment which is often 'low grade' and this is normally accepted as waste heat.

Expanders can use that heat to produce clean electrical power, through the efficient expansion of wet steam. At the heart of the expander is a highly engineered set of helical screws.

With our technical expertise and flexible manufacturing process we are able to produce high accuracy hard wearing rotors to suit this process. We are able to offer a range of hard coatings to maximise rotor life.
